These terms govern use of the Macrame Rubyspring website (rubyspring.sbs) and booking of macrame services described here. By contacting us or using the site, you agree under the laws of Norway.

• Descriptions of macrame work on this site are informational. Final scope, pricing, and timing for Macrame Rubyspring are confirmed at intake or in writing to enquiries@this site.
• Details here apply to terms work only — ask at the counter if your job spans more than one track at the studio (this site).
• Appointments at the studio should arrive on time during Wed–Sun 11:00–19:00. Late arrivals may be shortened or moved; cancel early via enquiries@this site so the slot can reopen.

Indirect damages from website downtime on this site are excluded where Norway law allows; direct craft faults are handled under our redo policy.

Photos and copy on this site stay with the studio. Personal project photos you send to enquiries@this site remain yours; we only use them to quote.

Paper copies of the studio terms are available at the desk on Strandgaten 138, 5013 Bergen; digital master lives on this site.

Written care notes follow every macrame handoff here with macrame tools staged only after the brief is agreed. Reference the macrame page name if emailing a follow-up
